2. General Policy

  • Payments made for services are non-refundable once work has commenced, due to the nature of digital marketing which requires upfront time, planning, and resource allocation.

  • Any deposits paid to begin a project are non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • Services were not delivered as agreed in the signed contract or proposal, and Advertis Me Ltd is unable to provide a suitable resolution.

  • Technical errors directly caused by Advertis Me Ltd that prevented service delivery.

4. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Changes of mind after services have begun.

  • Poor performance due to client-provided information, materials, or delays.

  • Results not meeting client expectations where the service was delivered as agreed.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us in writing at info@advertis.me within 7 days of the issue arising. Please include:

  • The service purchased.

  • Reason for requesting a refund.

  • Any supporting documents or evidence.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome via email.
